What is the Holigoodie Marketplace?

The Holigoodie Marketplace is an online portal to facilitate the transaction of selling, buying and renting timeshares or any other holiday products.

How do I register?

You could register either as a Seller, a Buyer or a Renter.

Click here to register.  Just answer a few simple questions which will be essential for the registration.

Holigood will then send you an invite to join the Holigoodie Marketplace or you can simply click here to register and start posting.

This will give you a feel for how easy it is to advertise with us.  The advertisement will then be valid for 30 days.

What happens after 30 days trial?

After the 30 days trial period, you can choose to continue your advertisement for 6, 12 or 18 months.

What is the cost for renewal?

We have 3 advertising duration. 6, 12 and 18 months.

6 months – USD99

12 months – USD159

18 months – USD189

What is the success rate at holigood.com?

Members who have engaged holigood.com services are impressed at the duration taken for their holiday product to the sold or rented.  We normally give a time span of 12 months.  We will normally do within 9 months or under.

To date, our team records have closed approximately over more than 1500 transactions in a month.

If you’re looking to sell or rent your timeshare, we are the company to engage. If you’re looking to buy or rent a holiday, do so through us and save yourself 40%-70% from retail hotel and developer prices.

Can I contact the owner/buyer directly for the sale or rent?

Upon registration, both Owners and Buyers can download the Holigood App.  The App will enable buyers/renters to interact with owners for more details and negotiation.  However, for protection of privacy for both parties, personal information will be blocked out during the interaction until the offer is accepted.  We will then connect the owner and buyer to work out the transfer details.

How do I renew or update my posting?

With the Holigood App, you can chat with live us or simply email to help@holigood.com and we will amend on your behalf.

What if the resort I wish to purchase or rent is not available?

If you do not see the resort you are looking to purchase or rent, contact us directly at help@holigood.com  We will use our external resources for this.

Can I post my floating week for rent?

Yes, however we recommend you book a week and input the time frame available. This ensures the week is available at time of booking. holigood.com will notify you at 30 days prior from rental week for you to re-book at a different time so you do not lose your week. We encourage you to refer to your resort’s cancellation policy as they differ from resort to resort.  If your resort’s cancellation policy requires more than 30 days, please inform us.

How will I receive inquiries?

With the Holigood App, buyers/renters can send messages to owners for more information or negotiation.  If you opt for a fixed price, interested buyers will be notified.  However, personal information of both parties will be blocked during the interaction until the offer is accepted.
